These Terms of Use (hereinafter: "Terms") govern the use of the website madebyverge.com (hereinafter: the "Site") and the relationship between the Site owner and visitors, users or clients (hereinafter: "you", "your", "user").

By using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, please do not use the Site.

On the Site, Verge presents information about services for building websites, web applications, digital solutions, hosting, maintenance and related services.

All information on the Site (prices, packages, service descriptions, delivery times) is informational in nature and does not constitute a binding offer. A specific offer is provided to the Client in writing after consultations and an assessment of the project scope.

Verge reserves the right to change prices, packages and service terms at any time, without prior notice.

If amicable resolution is not possible, Croatian law applies to all disputes, and the competent court is the materially competent court in Croatia according to the registered seat of the business owner.
