It depends on the package. We deliver the Starter Site in 7-10 business days. The Business Site in 3-4 weeks. We estimate the Custom Solution after a consultation — it can take anywhere from 4 weeks to a few months depending on the scope. You get the exact timeline in the quote after the first consultation, before signing.

Ideally, you'll have at least basic text about your business and some photos. If you don't, we'll help you: • Photos: we recommend a professional photographer or use high-quality stock photos depending on the industry. • Texts: we develop the structure and copywriting together through a workshop. Lighter copywriting help is included in the Business package. Full-fledged copywriting is a separate service — we discuss it in the Custom package.

It depends on the package: • Starter and Business: the site is static, changes are made by Verge through a Care package or by the hour. • Custom Solution with a CMS: you get an admin panel where you edit text, images, and content yourself. If editing on your own is important to you, we suggest the CMS option — we discuss it in the Custom package.

After launch, changes can be handled through the Care Pro package or as one-off jobs. • Care Pro includes up to 2h of changes per month. • One-off changes are charged at €65/h. • Minor technical corrections, such as fixing typos or small content tweaks, can sometimes be handled at no charge, depending on the scope and our availability. Free corrections do not include new sections, design changes, additional features, larger text edits, or changes to the site structure. Without an active package, minor changes are usually handled within 7 business days, while larger changes are arranged separately.

Yes, on several levels: • Basic SEO setup is included in the Starter package (meta tags, titles, sitemap, indexing). • Local SEO setup is included in the Business package (Google Business Profile optimization). • Monthly SEO (ongoing optimization, content, link building) is a separate service — from €450/month. Real SEO results show within 3-6 months, not overnight. We have an honest conversation about expectations during the consultation.

Care Basic (€59/mo) — hosting, SSL, weekly backup, security updates, uptime monitoring, email support (48h response). Care Pro (€129/mo) — everything from Basic + up to 2h of changes per month + quarterly performance report + priority support (24h response). The Care package is not mandatory. You can host and maintain the site yourself if you prefer.

That's exactly why revision rounds exist — 2 in the Starter package, 3 in the Business package. The process works so that you first get a wireframe (structural blueprint) before the design, then a design proposal before development. We incorporate your feedback at every stage. If after 2-3 rounds you're still not satisfied, we have an honest conversation about what isn't working and how to move forward. Our goal is for you to be happy with the final result — not just to finish the project.
